This is the full list of 40 fan-made achievements for Bloodborne, added by Vault Launcher, SteamVault's free Windows game launcher. They are unofficial: nobody has to mod the game, and they unlock automatically while you play. Vault Launcher reads the save and replay files the game writes anyway, after you play. It never changes the game or its files.
- For the Bloodborne PC port. The game still decides when you've earned a trophy; the port writes it to its log (user\last_run.log), and Vault reads that log and never touches the game.
- The port starts a fresh log every launch, so keep Vault running while you play. The Bloodborne platinum unlocks once you have every other main-game trophy.
