Game completion not showing

I imported a save game from Epic to a game in my family share and it 100%, but it is not showing on my profile - indeed, it doesn't even look like it is tracked by my profile. Other achievements from family share are tracking however. Is there a bug of some kind preventing 1 game (Batman, Arkham Asylum) from tracking?

So did the achievements in steam pop when you carried the save over?

Yes they did. Steam shows thr game at 100%,but playtime is like 20 min, obviously the epic playtime I had didn't carry over. The time I do have for steam is all fighting to get the game to run, but I keep getting the assertion error it is known for across 5 different computers. Oddly, just after my original post, Arkham Asylum did reflect in the standings here, but has again disappeared. It isn't even listed as something I have played. As a result I am wondering if it isn't properly linked from my family account.
