29 achievements worth 335 points. Built from research, waiting for a player report.
Vault reads the save headers in %APPDATA%\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed\Saved Games and never touches the game. The game saves on its own as you play.
Untested: "Nothing Is True" works as soon as the game has saved once. The Memory Block achievements depend on the save header naming the block, which Vault hasn't been able to check on a real save yet. If they don't pop, send a test report.
The Places achievements count when a save header names the city you're in; also unchecked on a real save.
