Hidden. You will die. Probably within an hour. Triggers on first death cycle.
Xenoglyph ciphers are floating glowing texts in the world. Walk up + hold scan. Unlocks the translation tree.
Adrenaline ramps each consecutive kill without taking damage. Level 5 = 15 kills clean. Stick to ranged combat in open rooms; one hit resets it.
Unmissable. Triggered when Selene first crawls out of the crash and learns to shoot. Just play the opening.
Tap reload again when the white bar enters the small zone for an Overload (Active Reload). Chain 5 consecutive successful Overloads. The Tachyomatic Carbine has a wide forgiving zone — easiest gun for this.
Hidden. Black houses spawn in biomes — interact to enter a first-person Helena exploration sequence. Finish all the way through one.
Hidden. Reconstructors are large rooms with a respawn machine. Spend 6 ether to activate; when you die that run, you respawn there. Unmissable once you've explored a biome.
Scout Logs are dead-astronaut bodies with floating audio logs. Found in side rooms across all biomes. 10 is cumulative across runs.
Hidden. Same milestone as AF_Mastery. Don't get hit by his big sword sweep — dodge through.
Each Xenoglyph type has 4 tiers — find more ciphers of the same type to fill them. Tier 4 takes 5-7 scans of that type.
Hidden. Dragon-form boss with airborne phase. Stay running, fire bursts during gaps. See CD_Mastery.
Hidden. The giant face. Use melee charges + Astronaut consumable. Patterns telegraph clearly once you've seen them once.
Hidden. After Nemesis (biome 3) Selene reaches the crash and the world resets. First 'ending'.
Calculated Risk rooms have an Astro-Specimen Container — interact to risk Malfunction in exchange for an item. Survive long enough to clear the room.
Xeno-archives are pedestal collectibles per biome. Find all archives in any one biome's set. Sun Fragment-related, but not the DLC ones.
Pick up Silphium Resin to permanently boost max HP. Stack them in one run — the Astronaut Figurine + Resin Synthesizer artifact help. Hit 200% by picking up many resins without using them first.
Hidden. Music-themed fight. Big orb projectiles bounce — break line of sight at the right moment.
Parasites are organic items with mixed buff/debuff. Pick up 5 before removing any. Combat Manuals reduce removal cost — but don't remove until you've stacked 5.
Hidden. Ascension DLC adds the Tower mode — a 20+ floor endless climb. Just die once in it. Inevitable.
Hidden. The third Act 2 House sequence visits the hospital. Push all the way through Helena's hospital interaction.
Hidden. Comes after Hyperion. Bring Pylon Driver or Hollowseeker with the Portal Beam trait.
Hidden. After biomes 4-6 are cleared and Ophion is down, watch the second ending cinematic.
Hidden. Algos sits at Tower floor 5/6. One main phase. Ascension DLC required. Keep moving, use the Hollowseeker.
Proficiency increases as you kill with higher-tier weapons. You need to chain kills, find Calibrators, and survive deep into biomes. Level 30 is roughly Act 2 end pace.
Helios crash site menu > Daily Challenge. Run resets each day. Finish the score-attack run before you're killed. Even a low score completes the achievement.
Hidden. Atropos is the Tower's third + final boss (3-phase). Floor 20. Requires a clean Tower run with good weapon and full Adrenaline. Toughest DLC fight.
Hidden. The house appears randomly in biomes (one per biome). Visit Act 1's house 3 times (each visit different) + Act 2's house 3 times. 6 visits total.
Hidden. Requires Ascension DLC (Tower of Sisyphus) + collecting all 6 Sun Fragments scattered across biomes via specific rooms. Then dive into the ocean for the final scene.
Hidden. Clear all 3 Tower bosses + visit certain hospital rooms in the houses. Trigger the DLC-specific ending cinematic. Ascension DLC required.
Phrike is the first boss in the ruins. Learn the dodge timing — his 3-phase fight rewards distance + the slide. Best weapons: Hollowseeker, Tachyomatic Carbine. Stays bound to AF_Mastery once you've cleared the biome once.
Hidden. Hyperion fight has a music/orb mechanic. Bouncing projectiles are dangerous — stay near pillars for cover.
Hidden. Collect all 6 Sun Fragments (one per biome — specific room layouts), then go to the ocean at the crash site and dive in. Reveals the true ending. Same milestone as Act3Complete.
Hidden. Each weapon has an Alt-Fire (heavy attack). Get one kill with each weapon's alt-fire across runs. Trakker Storm Missile, Doombringer Beam, etc.
Hidden. Ice biome with the second-act gauntlet. Carbine + Pylon Driver dominate enemies here. Boss is a multi-phase brawl.
Hidden. Nemesis is the giant-skull boss. Adrenaline-5 melee is your best tool. The Citadel marks the transition to Act 2.
Hidden. Final main-story boss. Underwater rooms with low visibility. Ophion's tentacle fight is the last big check before credits.
Hidden. Ixion is the dragon-like second boss. Stay mobile, abuse the Astronaut consumable. The Carbine + Spitmaw Blaster are great here.
Hidden. The 'platinum'-style cap. Get all other main story + side achievements. DLC ones are NOT required for this; only the base set.
