A specific section has a left-side passage you'd normally skip. Drop carefully through a precise hole — landing wrong kills you. The orb sits in the chamber below.
Late mid-game ruins section. Use a movable platform to access a lower-level hidden chamber. The orb is in a small alcove below the main path.
A late-game horror chamber has reflective surfaces or hanging figures. Look for the orb behind one of the reflections or above a specific hanging object.
In the mind-control hat section, gather all available possessed figures and direct them to a specific weighted switch. The combined weight unlocks the orb's chamber. Don't lose any along the way.
After encountering the underwater girl/creature, she helps you reach deeper areas. Direct her to a specific submerged chamber. The orb is in the deepest reachable spot.
Dive deeper than the main path allows. Requires using the underwater air bubbles strategically to extend your descent. The orb is at the floor of the deepest accessible chamber.
In the submarine area, swim to a specific hidden corner of the underwater section. The orb glows softly. Look for crevices the camera doesn't naturally pan toward.
Near the start of the game, the cornfield section has a deviation off the main path. Look for a doorway or barn opening that seems off-route. The orb is inside a partially-destroyed shed.
Use the elevators in a non-intended way — ride one up, drop off mid-shaft, find the side passage. The orb is in an office area not accessible via the main route.
Late game beach section. Look for the patch of beach where you can pick up and throw rocks. The orb is hidden where the skipping-stone arc lands — interact with the specific spot beyond the main path.
Look for a section with a passive water-pool or quiet space. Re-enter it after the immediate puzzle is solved. The orb appears in the calm aftermath area.
When the boy moves past the pig-trough section, look BEHIND the main path. A pig enclosure has the orb hidden among the animals. Watch for the diseased pig — the orb is near it.
A rotating mechanism section has a hidden alcove that's only accessible at specific shadow angles. Time your traversal with the rotation. Practice the timing.
## The hidden ending
After collecting all 13 prior orbs, the boy can return to a specific cornfield bunker (the original starting area). A hidden trapdoor + sequence triggers the alternate ending — and the 14th orb.
