Story-locked. The Konpeki Plaza heist ends Act 1 dramatically. Unmissable on completion. Don't sweat optimal play — story doesn't punish failures here.
Lifepath dialogue options are marked (Streetkid), (Nomad), (Corpo) on V's selectable lines. Use them whenever they appear. 10 cumulative.
Misty (Jackie's girlfriend) gives V a tarot quest. Find all 20 hidden tarot card graffiti tags around Night City. Use the Wandering Fool side quest as a guide. Map app reveals them once you've seen them.
Cumulative kill count with rifles, pistols, snipers, shotguns, etc. Hit naturally during a normal playthrough. Aggressive play accelerates.
Side questline triggered by Placide/Brigitte in Pacifica. Complete their netrunner mission + the consequences. Choose to honor or betray them — both paths complete the achievement.
Slots: Hands, Arms, Legs, Frontal Cortex, Eyes, Nervous System, Skeleton, Cardiovascular, Immune, Operating System, Skin, Circulatory. Install at least one implant in each. Some require high Street Cred to access.
Breach Protocol is the netrunning minigame. Each successful daemon sequence uploads one daemon. Plan the path to chain 3+ in one session. Higher Intelligence stat helps.
Street Cred earned from gigs, NCPD missions, side stories, main story milestones. 50 is achievable with full district completion + main story.
Panam Palmer is the Aldecaldos nomad. Complete her full story including the basilisk tank heist + her camp's storylines. Romance for male V. Required for The Star ending.
Revolver-class pistol. 3 kills within a few seconds. Bullet Time cyberware (Sandevistan or Berserk) helps. Aim for groups of 3 weaker enemies.
Reach Act 3 + complete the final mission. 5 main endings: Path of Least Resistance (suicide), Devil (Arasaka), Star (Aldecaldos), Sun (legend), Temperance (Johnny takes the body). Any ending counts.
Takemura is Saburo Arasaka's former bodyguard. Help him with his Hanako extraction storyline. Required for The Devil ending. His arc is rich and conflict-heavy.
Use katanas, bats, mantis blades, fists. 100 cumulative. Mantis Blades + Berserk is the meta melee build. Sandevistan adds time-slow for stylish kills.
Crafting Skill must be raised. Legendary recipes drop from late-game vendors + side quests. Each Legendary needs many crafting materials. Aim for Legendary weapon, armor, and quickhack.
Judy is the braindance specialist from the Mox club. Complete her storyline including the dam scene + her personal vendetta arc. Romance available for female V.
Use a tech sniper rifle (penetrates through cover/enemies). Charge a shot, aim at two enemies in a line. The bullet passes through the first to hit the second. Tech weapons mandatory.
Detective River Ward is an NCPD detective. Complete his arc — the abducted kids case, his family relationships, his offer of romance/friendship. Multi-mission line.
Slowed-time cyberware (Sandevistan, Berserk, Quickhack-induced) creates time-slow windows. Kill enemies during these. 50 cumulative — easy with a Sandevistan build.
Cyberpsycho Sightings are special boss encounters scattered across Night City. Regina Jones (Watson fixer) tracks them. Each cyberpsycho has unique tactics; 17 in total. Wiki map has all locations.
Phantom Liberty opens with Myers' VTOL crashing in Dogtown. Your job is to extract her. Complete the early mission successfully. Unmissable on Phantom Liberty story start.
Chimera is a massive spider-tank boss in Phantom Liberty. Multi-phase fight with overheating weak points + missile barrages. Use a focused damage build, exploit terrain cover. Brutal but unlocks lore + rewards.
Misty triggers this quest. Tarot tags spawn around Night City after the hunt begins. Walk near each to discover. Wiki map has all 20 locations.
Skills include Athletics, Annihilation, Demolition, Engineering, Crafting, Quickhacking, Stealth, Cold Blood, Breach Protocol, Assault, etc. Use the skill heavily; XP accumulates with action. 20 is achievable on a focused build.
Second Heart cyberware revives V on death. After revival, find and kill the specific enemy who downed you. Track them visually before reviving. Requires the cyberware installed.
## Johnny's relics
Johnny had several iconic items scattered around Night City. Each is tied to a memory side quest. Collect:
- Samurai jacket (V's free-roam landmark)
- Aviator sunglasses
- Porsche 911 (Rogue gives you the keys mid-game)
- Other personal artefacts via the Johnny-side quests
Wiki has the full list. Multiple side missions required.
Requires friendship with Rogue Amendiares (the Afterlife owner). Get her invitation at a specific story beat. At final mission, take Rogue's path. Become a Night City legend.
Requires high friendship with Panam. At the final mission, choose to call the Aldecaldos for backup. Panam helps you attack Arasaka Tower. Consider this the 'good' ending.
Kerry is Johnny's old bandmate. Reunite with him (via Johnny's side quests). Complete his music revival arc — the boat scene is iconic. Romance available for male V.
Phantom Liberty DLC main storyline. Help Songbird, Reed, and Myers across the Dogtown arc. Make the choices that result in saving Myers (regardless of which ending).
Mid-game, after spending time with Johnny, choose to let Johnny inhabit your body permanently. Your V dies; Johnny lives. Surprisingly emotional ending.
Distract Enemies makes enemies investigate noises. Use 30 times across the game without ever entering combat. Stealth-focused playstyle naturally hits this.
El Capitán is a Dogtown fixer who deals in stolen cars. Either side mission completes the achievement. Vehicle delivery is the more achievable path — drive 10 marked cars to his garage.
Third boxing fight. Use Reinforced Tendons + Gorilla Arms for max melee damage. Heavy-hitter playstyle wins these.
Santo Domingo = industrial district. Mr. Hands is the fixer (Phantom Liberty also expands him). Lots of factory + heist gigs.
Fast travel points (dataterms) scattered throughout each district. Discover each by walking near. Map app auto-tracks. ~80+ in total across all districts.
Heywood = Valentinos territory. Padre is the fixer. Many car combat + gang missions. The district connects to multiple romance arcs (Panam, River).
When an enemy throws a grenade, shoot it before it lands. Revolver only. Aim carefully — grenade hitboxes are small. Easier with slowed time (Sandevistan).
Dogtown gigs are issued by Mr. Hands. ~30 gigs in total. Complete them all. Several involve unique boss fights and side stories. Phantom Liberty DLC required.
City Center = corporate heart of Night City. High-tier missions, high-risk enemies. Sebastian Ibarra is the fixer (post-Phantom Liberty).
Watson is V's home district. ~30+ gigs (Fixer jobs) + ~25 NCPD Scanner Hustles (the police-radio missions). Use the map filters to track completion. Naturally hit by mid-game if you do side content.
Pacifica is the smaller, ruined-feel district. Fewer gigs than Watson but tougher enemies. Complete every quest icon on the map.
Westbrook contains Japantown + Charter Hill. Wakako Okada is the fixer. Lots of Tyger Claws gigs. Use stealth + quickhacks for efficiency.
Vehicles unlock based on Street Cred + completed missions. Some cost 100k+ eddies. ~40+ vehicles total. Grind gigs for cash. Wiki has the full vehicle list + prices.
At the final mission selection, choose to call Hanako Arasaka. Side with Arasaka. The cinematic ending shows V's path with the corporation. Mutually exclusive with Star and Sun.
Badlands = nomad territory outside Night City. Dakota Smith is the fixer. Lots of vehicle gigs. Travel time between events; budget patience.
Phantom Liberty added the Relic perk tree (V's cybernetic enhancements). Unlock every node — costs Relic Points earned from completing Dogtown content + finding Relic Points hidden in environments.
Equip Berserk cyberware. Activate it. From a tall ledge, double-jump and slam down. The landing's AoE damage triggers the achievement on impact. Reinforced Tendons help reach the height.
Cause maximum chaos in Dogtown. Kill civilians, raise heat level. The Barghest (Dogtown's enforcers) escalate to max APB. Survive the highest tier. Useful for crowd-control builds.
Phantom Liberty DLC. Complete Songbird's questline + make specific choices in the climactic finale. Side with Reed (FIA agent), let Songbird be captured. Triggers the Tower ending — V loses everything and reconnects to a quiet life.
Special bounties in Dogtown's wanted-board section. Track 3 named criminal leaders and eliminate them. Each is a small boss encounter with unique mechanics. Phantom Liberty DLC required.
Detonate Grenade quickhack causes enemy grenades to explode in their hand. Find a group of 3+ enemies near each other, target one, detonate. The blast chains if they're packed.
Last named pugilist. Hardest fight of the boxing line. Stack melee damage + dodge i-frames. Berserk cyberware gives sustained brawler buffs.
Continue the boxing side quest. Beat the second-tier fighter. Each named opponent unlocks the next tier.
Visit the underground boxing rings. Buck is one of the named fighters. Defeat him through punching gameplay. Use cyberware-buffed strength + dodge timing.
