Keep your restaurant profitable and reinvest into ONE employee's training repeatedly until they hit level 20. It's a money-gated grind, so concentrate on a single employee rather than spreading training across your whole staff.
Murals are photo collectibles hidden around the under-sea village and surrounding areas. Use a mural-location guide and your camera to photograph every one.
There's a cat near the restaurant you can feed. Do it 20 times (typically once per day), so it accrues over many in-game days — make it a daily habit.
Sell scrap/materials to Duwa's workshop 200 times (cumulative). Offload junk materials there each time you surface and it adds up.
