Age of Mythology: Retold — Achievement Walkthrough
132 achievement guides · Full game page →
A lot of this list is single-run conditions that don’t conflict with each other, so you can earn several at once instead of replaying for each. Each plan below is one run. Achievements in a plan are marked with a ⛓ badge further down.
Thorium Mining asks you to reach the villager build limit training only Dwarves, and Big Boomer asks you to reach the villager build limit at all - so the harder one contains the easier one. Do it as the Norse against a single passive AI on a high-resource map: put everything into gold, queue Dwarves from every Town Center and do not stop. Once the limit is hit, finish the game off without training infantry other than Hersirs (cavalry, throwing axemen and myth units only) and Hersir, Your Honor falls out of the same match.
- ✓▢Thorium Mining — Reach the Villager build limit training only Dwarves.
- ✓▢Big Boomer — Reach the Villager build limit in a match.
- ✓▢Hersir, Your Honor — Win a match as Norse without training Infantry, except Hersirs.
Nesting: Thorium Mining automatically awards Big Boomer on the way, so chase the Dwarf-only version and ignore the other. The one tension is that Hersir, Your Honor needs an actual win, which means fighting while you boom - pick an AI that will leave you alone long enough to max out first.
Three achievements share the same prerequisite and it is easy to miss: Wet Ground counts VISIBLE blood pools, Cleansing Rains clears visible pools, and Seeing Red explicitly requires every blood pack setting to be enabled. Turn them all on in the options before you start. In the match, type the RED TIDE cheat for Seeing Red, then fight in one confined spot until 250 pools are on the ground, and only then drop a single Rain cast on that exact spot for Cleansing Rains.
- ✓▢Wet Ground — Reach 250 active visible blood pools during a single game.
- ✓▢Cleansing Rains — Use the Rain God Power to clear 100 visible blood pools with a single cast.
- ✓▢Seeing Red — Use the "RED TIDE" cheat code to turn the water red while all blood pack settings are enabled.
Order matters. Cleansing Rains needs 100 pools cleared by ONE cast, so hold the power until the pile is big, and pools fade over time, so the kills have to be fast and in one place. Seeing Red is the game rewarding you for typing a cheat code, so that specific cheat plainly does not block achievements - we have not verified any other cheat, so do not type anything else during this match.
Chonkers wants 10 livestock fully fattened in a single match and Herding for Glory wants a temple filled to its maximum with herdables. Both run on the same finite resource, so scout the whole map for herdables early. Fatten your first ten at a Town Center or Temple, then keep walking every animal you find into the Temple until it will take no more.
- ✓▢Chonkers — Fully fatten 10 livestock animals in a single match.
- ✓▢Herding for Glory — Fill up a temple with the maximum number of Herdables.
Neither description says the animals have to be different ones, but we have not verified whether a fattened animal still counts towards the temple - so do the fattening first and move those same animals in afterwards, which satisfies both readings.
Fully fatten 10 livestock animals in a single match.
Herdables fatten while they sit next to a Town Center or Temple, so this is about patience rather than effort: gather ten early, park them, and leave them alone until the fattening finishes.
Complete the first mission of the Fall of the Trident campaign.
Mission 1, 'Omens', is the opening of the main campaign.
Complete the Tutorial mission.
The tutorial is the first thing the campaign offers you. Unmissable if you play it at all.
Invoke the Bolt God Power on the Manticore in the Tutorial Mission.
The tutorial hands you the Bolt God Power and a Manticore to use it on. If you kill the Manticore some other way first you lose the opportunity for that run, so use Bolt when prompted.
Use 4 God Powers within 30 seconds.
You need four powers available simultaneously, which normally means saving your age-up powers instead of spending them. Bank them, then dump all four on one spot.
In Fall of the Trident mission 1. "Omens", train an additional 10 Hoplites and 10 Toxotai.
Mission 1 gives you a small starting force; this asks for ten of each unit trained on top of it. Keep villagers on food and wood and queue both unit types from your military buildings before you push the mission objective, because the mission can end before you get there.
Complete a Titan gate.
The Titan Gate is a Mythic-Age-plus project, so this needs a long game. Set a skirmish against an easy AI with high resources so you can reach the Titan age without pressure.
Complete a Wonder.
Same approach as the Titan gate — a long, safe game against a passive AI. Wonders take a lot of villager time, so put your whole economy on it once it is started.
Toss a unit twice within 4 seconds with Minotaurs.
The Minotaur's toss has a cooldown, so two tosses on the same target inside four seconds means two Minotaurs. Bring a pair and target the same enemy unit.
Destroy 3 Town Centers with Infantry.
Specifically infantry — siege kills do not count towards it. Take a large infantry block into an enemy base and let them do the work on the Town Centers themselves. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Toss 500 units into the air.
A long cumulative counter across every unit with a toss: Minotaurs, Mountain Giants and similar. Play those myth units deliberately over several matches. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Reach the Villager build limit in a match.
A pure economy game. Take a map with plenty of resources, skip the military entirely against a passive AI, and queue villagers from every Town Center continuously.
Play a multiplayer match.
Any multiplayer game counts — it does not ask you to win.
Win a match without building an additional Village Center or Town Center.
You are limited to your starting centre, which caps your villager production and makes an early aggressive win the practical route. Pick a small map against one easy AI and rush.
In Fall of the Trident 2. "Consequences", find the Shipwreck to help boost your economy.
The Shipwreck in 'Consequences' is an optional economy boost tucked away from the mission path. Scout the coastline with a cheap unit before you commit to the main objective — finishing the mission without it means replaying.
Win a match without building a Farm.
Your food has to come from hunting, herding and fishing instead, so pick a map with plenty of huntable animals and take the water if it is available. A short aggressive game avoids running the map dry.
Use the Mountain Giant's 'Punt' ability.
Build a Mountain Giant as the Norse and use Punt on any enemy unit. One click once you have the unit.
Complete the Greek portion of the Fall of the Trident campaign.
The campaign's first act. It completes on its own as you play through the story missions.
Heal 4000 HP with Valkyries.
Cumulative healing done by Valkyries. Keep them behind a melee line so they have damaged units to work on. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Build 50 Fortress-like buildings.
Counts fortresses and their cultural equivalents. Long games with spare resources are the easiest place to spam them. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Defeat 100 units with Centaurs.
Centaurs are Greek ranged myth units, so mass a group and let them get the last hits rather than mixing them into a big army where other units steal kills. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Cast the Einheri's 'Horn Blast' ability 20 times in one game session.
This one does specify a single session, so bring a large group of Einherjar and use the ability on cooldown rather than saving it.
Absorb 5000 damage with Behemoths.
Behemoths are damage sponges by design; push them in front and let them soak. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Defeat 10000 units in battle.
A very long cumulative counter that mostly clears itself over a full campaign plus skirmish play. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Win a match without training any military units aside from Heroes and Myth Units.
No regular military at all, so your favor economy is the whole game. Pick a god with strong myth units, keep villagers at the temple, and play defensively until your myth army is big enough.
Destroy 2000 buildings in battle.
Another long cumulative counter. Razing an AI base fully rather than just winning speeds it up considerably. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Complete the Egyptian portion of the Fall of the Trident campaign.
The campaign's second act, following the Greek missions.
Bestow your first Blessing upon your Legend.
Blessings are the Gauntlet mode's upgrade system. The first one is handed to you early in a run.
Complete the first mission of the New Atlantis campaign.
Complete the first mission of the Titans campaign.
Invoke Blazing Prairie for the first time.
A Chinese God Power. Pick a god that grants it and cast it.
Complete the Norse portion of the Fall of the Trident campaign.
The campaign's third act.
Complete the Fall of the Trident campaign.
Awarded for the final mission of the base campaign, so it lands after the three act achievements above.
Complete the first mission of the Golden Gift Campaign.
Complete the first mission of the short Norse campaign.
Damage 10 enemies simultaneously using Qinglong's Aqua Burst ability.
Ten targets in one cast means waiting for the enemy to clump — a besieging army or a mass of villagers at a resource. Hold the ability rather than using it on cooldown.
Bestow 3 Blessings upon your Legend simultaneously.
You need to survive long enough in a Gauntlet run to be offered three. Take Blessings whenever offered rather than banking rewards.
Complete the Golden Gift campaign.
Golden Gift is a short campaign, so this is one of the quicker campaign achievements in the game.
Complete the first mission of the Chinese Campaign.
Complete the first mission of the Chinese campaign, which comes with the Chinese pantheon.
Complete the New Atlantis campaign.
The full Titans campaign, ending with Kastor's story.
Empower 15 buildings simultaneously.
Empowerment comes from priest-type units, so this needs fifteen of them working simultaneously. Build a tight block of buildings and station a priest on each.
Allow your Legend to deal the final blow on 50 enemies.
A Gauntlet achievement — your Legend has to land the killing hit, so keep them in the fight rather than hanging back. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Win a match as Greeks without training Ranged Soldiers or Cavalry.
Infantry, heroes and myth units only. Greek infantry is strong enough to carry an early aggressive game, which is the simplest way to satisfy it.
Heal 10000 HP using Caladrias.
Cumulative Caladria healing. Same approach as the Valkyrie achievement — keep them behind a line that is taking damage. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Inflict 1111 damage with a single Oni.
One Oni has to do all of it, so keep that individual unit alive rather than replacing it. Attacking buildings is a safe way to run the number up.
Consume 5 units with a single Taotie.
The Taotie's consume ability is on a cooldown, so this needs one Taotie kept alive through five uses. Feed it stragglers rather than diving it into an army.
In scenario 1 of the Chinese Campaign, Use the Blazing Prairie God Power on the enemy base.
The God Power is available in that scenario; aim it at the enemy base rather than at units in the field. Save it — if you spend it elsewhere you will not get another in that mission.
Inflict 9001 damage with Asuras whilst using their ability.
Only damage dealt during the ability counts, so it is about uptime: mass Asuras and trigger the ability every time it is available rather than saving it for a big fight.
In scenario 2 of the Chinese Campaign, capture both the Northern and Southern bases.
The scenario can be won without taking both, so treat the second base as an extra objective and clear it before triggering the finish.
Complete the first mission of the Japanese Campaign.
Complete the first mission of the Japanese campaign.
Reach bushido tier 5.
Bushido is the Japanese progression track. It rises through play as that pantheon, so it needs a long Japanese game rather than a specific action.
Unleash a Greek, an Egyptian, a Norse, and an Atlantean Titan.
Four separate long games, one per pantheon, each taken all the way to a completed Titan gate. Play them against a passive AI on high resources so the games do not end early.
Destroy a building with Wanyudo.
A Japanese myth unit. Send it at any structure.
Defeat 50 enemy units with Villagers.
Villagers barely fight, so the realistic method is mobbing damaged or isolated units with a large group. Easiest against an AI that leaves scouts wandering. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Invoke Creation during the Mythic Age.
Hold the Creation God Power rather than spending it when you get it, and only cast once you have advanced to Mythic.
Launch 10 or more enemy units into the air using Tao Wu’s Rampage ability.
Another clump achievement — wait for a massed army or a crowd of villagers rather than using the ability the moment it is up.
In Scenario 4 of the Chinese Campaign, free all valley guardians.
The guardians are scattered optional rescues. Sweep the whole valley before completing the scenario objective.
Complete a Large Gateway.
Gauntlet mode's bigger nodes. Take one on once your Legend has a few Blessings rather than straight off the start.
Complete the final Gateway of a page.
A page is a chunk of the Gauntlet map; clearing its last Gateway finishes it.
Complete the last mission of the Chinese Campaign.
Awarded on the last mission of the Chinese campaign.
Defeat 100 AI opponents.
Cumulative across every mode with AI players. Multi-AI skirmishes count faster than one-on-ones. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
In Scenario 3 of the Chinese Campaign, find the lost relic in the ruins.
An optional relic hidden off the main path. Scout the ruins area with a fast unit before you finish the scenario.
Link 3 or more Town Centers in a chain within Favored Land.
Favored Land is the Chinese territory mechanic; the centres have to be linked within it, so plan the placement before you build rather than after.
Win a match as Norse without training Infantry, except Hersirs.
Hersirs are heroes rather than line infantry, so your damage has to come from cavalry, throwing axemen and myth units. A short aggressive game avoids the long-term weakness.
Win an Arena of the Gods mission in co-op.
Needs a second player. Any Arena of the Gods mission counts as long as it is played co-operatively.
Win a match with Replicate mirror image units dealing at least 600 damage.
Replicate copies an enemy myth unit; the copy has to do the damage, so cast it on something with real offensive output and keep it fighting.
Acquire 1,000 food and 1,000 wood using Pixius.
Pixius generate resources over time, so this needs them alive and working for a long stretch rather than a big group briefly.
Complete the last mission of the Japanese Campaign.
Awarded on the last mission of the Japanese campaign.
Train 10000 Villagers.
A very long cumulative counter across every game you play. Nothing to set up — it lands eventually. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Defeat 50 units with Militia.
Militia are Poseidon's free spawn from buildings, so the way to farm this is to let enemies attack your base and let the militia finish them. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Respawn a Shinigami at a Goshinboku tree after its first demise
Let the Shinigami die once, then use the Goshinboku tree to bring it back. Deliberately losing the unit is the intended step here.
Complete the final Gateway of an episode.
An episode is larger than a page, so this is a full Gauntlet run rather than a single sitting's worth of nodes.
Use Orpheus' 'Bard of Heroes' ability to boost 10 units at once.
Ten units inside the ability's area, so group your army tightly before casting rather than using it mid-skirmish.
Reach 250 active visible blood pools during a single game.
Blood pools come from kills and fade over time, so you need a lot of deaths in one place quickly. Enable the blood settings in the options first, or nothing will be visible to count.
Complete 10 Gateways in a row without losing.
A streak, so one loss resets it. Take the safer nodes when you are deep into the run rather than the high-reward ones.
Complete the first mission of the 'Obsidian Mirror' Aztec campaign.
Complete the first mission of the 'Obsidian Mirror' campaign.
In Fall of the Trident 7. "More Bandits", win by only training Centaurs, no other units!
'More Bandits' normally lets you build a mixed army; this asks you to win with Centaurs and nothing else trained. Restart the mission specifically for it, keep your starting heroes alive, and put everything into food and wood so the Centaur queue never stops.
Complete a Labyrinth on any difficulty in the Gauntlet game mode.
Difficulty is explicitly not a factor, so take the lowest one available.
Defeat 50 Villagers with Anubites.
Anubites are fast Egyptian myth units, so raid economies rather than fighting armies. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Win a match with 20 or more farms blessed by Shennong's Prosperous Seeds.
Needs the Chinese god with that power, twenty farms standing under the blessing, and then an actual win — so play it out rather than resigning once the farms are up.
Regenerate 5000 hitpoints using the Colossus' 'Colossal Hunger' ability.
The Colossus eats trees and buildings to heal, so park it in a forest and keep using the ability rather than only healing when hurt.
Fill up a temple with the maximum number of Herdables.
Gather herdables and walk them into the temple until it will not take any more. A pure economy action with no combat risk.
Reach the Villager build limit training only Dwarves.
Norse only, and Dwarves cost more than Gatherers, so this needs a long peaceful game with a big gold income. Play against a passive AI on high resources.
Cast Dragon Typhoon 3 times in one game.
Needs the God Power available three times, which means a long game and the upgrades or favor to recharge it.
Successfully ambush 52 enemies from stealth.
Only kills made from stealth count, so this is about using the units and powers that hide your army rather than fighting openly. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Deal 2000 damage with Set Animals in a single match.
Set converts wild animals into fighters, so convert everything on the map early and keep the pack alive — it is one match, so losing them resets your progress.
Create over 666 Argus eyes in a single match.
Argus eyes are generated by the unit's attack, so this is one long match with Argus constantly fighting rather than a short aggressive game.
Unlock Champion units in the Classical age.
Champion upgrades are normally later-age; reaching them in Classical needs the specific god bonuses or improvements that allow it, so pick your major god with this in mind before the match starts.
Complete every Gateway in an episode.
Every node, not just the path to the end — so you are deliberately taking detours you could skip.
Complete the last mission of the Obsidian Mirror Aztec campaign.
Awarded on the last mission of 'Obsidian Mirror'.
In scenario 12 of the Japanese Campaign, reach every village and rescue their people.
Villages can be lost if you take too long, so this is a pace achievement rather than a difficulty one. Split into two groups and move constantly.
Defeat 100 Villagers with Fenris Wolf Broods.
Norse raiding myth units — send them at undefended economies rather than into the front line. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Defeat 100 enemy units using Qilins.
Chinese myth units. Mass them and let them take the kills. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Cast Solar Shield on a Shogun.
Needs the Solar Shield power and a Shogun on the field at the same time. One cast.
In Scenario 6 of the Chinese Campaign, win with the Pillar remaining at least 60% HP.
A defence scenario where the Pillar takes damage from leaks. Build layered defences early rather than reacting, and keep a mobile reaction force so nothing reaches the Pillar unopposed.
Add a total of 300 Training Yards or Towers to your Machine Workshops or Military Camps.
A cumulative building counter across games. Build them freely in long, safe matches. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Equip a badge on your player profile.
Open your player profile and equip any badge you already own.
Invoke Peach Blossom Spring 5 or more times in a single match.
Five casts in one game means a long match and the favor to keep recharging the power.
Find the secret of the forest in the ‘Silent Sanctuary’ Mythical Battle.
An optional discovery in the Mythical Battle scenario. Explore the forested area rather than beelining the objective.
Rescue the occupied villages in the ‘Silent Sanctuary’ Mythical Battle.
Optional rescues in the same Mythical Battle. Clear the bandits out of each village before finishing the scenario.
Join another player in co-op to complete any 3 nodes in the Gauntlet game mode.
Co-op again — three nodes in the same session is the simplest way to do it.
Train 260 Warrior Priests.
A cumulative training counter. Queue them continuously in long games. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Rescue all captives in ‘Delivery Service’.
Sweep the map for every captive before triggering the end of the scenario.
Bestow 3 divine and/or eternal Blessings upon your Legend simultaneously.
The higher Blessing tiers, so this needs a deep Gauntlet run rather than three of anything. Prioritise upgrading existing Blessings over collecting new low-tier ones.
Deal over 10000 damage to enemy units and structures with Kuafus.
Cumulative Kuafu damage. Buildings count as targets, so razing bases with them runs the number up quickly. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Devote 260 units to the Gods.
Devotion is the Chinese mechanic for sacrificing units for favor. Feed it cheap units rather than expensive ones. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Time shift 200 buildings.
Kronos' signature power moves buildings. There is no penalty for shifting the same building repeatedly across games, so it accumulates from normal Atlantean play. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Summon 25 Terracotta Riders in a single match.
One match, so this needs a long game with the favor to keep summoning rather than a short rush.
Hit 20 units at once with the Hamadryad’s ‘Piercing Rootsnare’ ability.
Twenty targets in one cast — wait for a massed army or a crowd at a resource rather than using it on cooldown.
Eat 104 enemies with the Earth Monster God Power.
The power eats units in an area over its duration, so drop it on the densest crowd you can find, ideally a besieging army rather than scattered units.
Prevent Cipactli from reaching the 3rd village in 'Endless Hunger'.
A defence race — Cipactli advances on a timer, so you are trying to kill or stall it, not out-build it. Commit early rather than saving units.
Complete every Gateway in an episode on Hard.
The Veteran requirement with the difficulty raised, so plan the Blessing build around survivability rather than speed.
Win a final Boss node in the Gauntlet game mode with a co-op partner.
A full co-op run to the boss, so line up a partner who has time for the whole thing.
Obtain a Sacred gate from another player whilst playing as Susanoo.
Needs both the Susanoo god and a second player able to hand a Sacred gate over, so arrange it deliberately rather than hoping it happens.
Cause 104 enemy units to sleep with the Lullaby God Power.
Cumulative across the power's casts, so use it on big groups every time it is available.
Complete a Large Gateway without any Blessing.
Deliberately decline or spend nothing, then take a Large Gateway. Easiest at the very start of a run, before you are offered anything.
Use the Rain God Power to clear 100 visible blood pools with a single cast.
The companion to Wet Ground: build the pools up in a tight area first, then drop Rain on the same spot. Doing both in the same match is efficient.
Convert 50 units with the Communal Hearth.
Conversion works on enemy units in range, so keep the Hearth near a contested front rather than deep in your base. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Destroy 100 trees with the Wither God Power.
Wither kills trees in its area, so cast it on dense forest rather than on the enemy and it clears in one or two uses.
In scenario 10 of the Japanese Campaign, defeat Kagemasa without capturing either enemy fortress.
The scenario nudges you towards taking the fortresses first; this asks you to leave both alone and go straight for Kagemasa. Expect to be fighting with fewer resources, so a fast focused strike beats a long siege.
Unlock 13 Legends in the Gauntlet game mode.
Legends unlock through Gauntlet progression, so this is a long-haul mode grind rather than a single run.
Spring 52 Aztec traps on your enemies.
Aztec traps have to actually catch something, so place them on the paths the AI actually walks rather than around your own base. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Speed up 400 friendly units with the Tailwind God Power.
Cumulative across casts, so use it on your whole army each time rather than on a scouting party. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Win a final Boss node in the Gauntlet game mode with 5 different Legends.
Five separate completed runs, each with a different Legend, so it is gated behind unlocking them first.
Kill 50 cavalry units with Lykaons.
Cavalry specifically, so it needs an opponent who actually builds it — pick an AI civilisation that favours cavalry. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
Defeat 400 enemy units with the Cipactli Titan.
A Titan has to be summoned first, so this is several long games taken to the Titan age and then kept going rather than ended. The description does not restrict this to a single match, unlike several other achievements in this list that say so explicitly, so it should accumulate across games. If it looks stuck, set up a custom game against an easy AI and farm it deliberately.
In the ‘Silent Sanctuary’ Mythical Battle, gain 12 Herdables on a single age up.
Herdables arrive as an age-up reward in this scenario, so the requirement is about how many you have banked at the moment you advance. Gather herdables and hold off on ageing up until you have enough.
Destroy Hades' Town Centers in 'Hells Divided' on Hard or higher difficulty.
Set the difficulty to Hard before you start the mission — raising it mid-scenario does not retroactively count. Town Centers are well defended, so bring siege rather than trying to chew through with infantry.
Get the Relic to Demeter's Temple in 25 min. in the 'Silent Sanctuary' Mythical Battle.
A hard time limit, so plan the route before you start and do not detour for the optional objectives on the same run. Do those on a separate playthrough.
Win the final Boss node in the Gauntlet game mode with 9 different Major Gods.
Nine full Gauntlet runs to the boss, each under a different major god.
Use the "RED TIDE" cheat code to turn the water red while all blood pack settings are enabled.
Turn every blood pack setting on in the options first, then type the RED TIDE cheat in a match. Cheats disable nothing else in this game's achievements, but check your own settings before typing it.
Summon a Titan from 6 different Pantheons using the Favor Stash.
Six pantheons, each taken to a summoned Titan. The Favor Stash route is faster than a full Titan gate but still needs six separate long games.
Reach level 99 in the Gauntlet game mode.
The longest Gauntlet requirement in the game. Expect it to be among the last achievements you earn.
Use the “Glutton for Chaos” Favor Stash item to start a Chaos Event.
A Favor Stash item. Buy it and use it — one action.
