A lot of this list is single-run conditions that don’t conflict with each other, so you can earn several at once instead of replaying for each. Each plan below is one run. Achievements in a plan are marked with a ⛓ badge further down.
Leave the Ranch at 6 AM with an empty vacpack and stay out exploring without sleeping until after 6 AM the next morning. On the first day, collect 50 plorts out in the wild zones by feeding wild slimes, and sweep your vac across a crowded field to pull 15+ slimes into the stream at once.
- ✓▢Up All Night — Stay awake from 6 AM to 6 AM the next day
- ✓▢While You Were Away — Return to the Ranch after more than 24 hours
- ✓▢Free Rangin' — Collect 50 plorts on the Range in a single day
- ✓▢Controlling the Chaos — Constrain more than 15 slimes in your vac stream at once while on the range
Leaving at 6 AM and coming back after 6 AM the next day covers both Up All Night and While You Were Away with the same trip. Free Rangin' counts per day, so get your 50 plorts before midnight on day one rather than spreading them over the trip. Keep Not My Morning out of this run: getting knocked out empties what you are carrying, and we have not verified how a knockout affects the day or your time away.
Before the day starts, plant three different veggies and three different fruits in garden plots and stockpile at least 5,000 newbucks' worth of plorts in a silo. Check the Range Exchange board in the morning so the requested items are ready.
- ✓▢Salad Bar — Have 3 different veggie gardens on the Ranch at the same time
- ✓▢Fruit Cocktail — Have 3 different fruit trees on the Ranch at the same time
- ✓▢A Quick Newbuck — Earn 5,000 newbucks in a single day
- ✓▢Hasty Exchange — Fulfill a Range Exchange request between Noon and 2 PM
Salad Bar and Fruit Cocktail only need the six gardens to be growing at the same time, so they pop the moment the last one is planted. Sell the whole stockpile in one go for A Quick Newbuck (prices fall as you flood the market, so mix plort types), and hand in the Range Exchange order between noon and 2 PM.
"Sell 100 plorts at the Plort Market" Plort sales are cumulative across your save, so this unlocks on its own as you ranch. Prices at the Plort Market drop when you flood it with one type, so spread sales across types to keep the newbucks flowing. These counters nest: chasing the biggest number earns the smaller ones on the way.
"Let a tabby slime headbutt you right on the nose" Tabby slimes are friendly cat slimes found out on the range. Stand still near one and wait for it to bump into your face; if it keeps wandering off, vac one up and shoot it out in front of you, then stand in its path.
"Shoot food into an airborne slime's mouth" Launch a slime into the air (or wait for one to jump) and fire a piece of food so it lands in the slime's mouth while it is airborne. Easiest with a slime that bounces a lot and a stack of food in your vacpack - keep firing as it jumps.
"Earn over 5,000 newbucks" Steam does not say whether this counts the newbucks you are holding or lifetime earnings, so the safe play is to hold off on big purchases until it pops.
"Burst a gordo slime" Gordos are giant stationary slimes. Feed one the food its slime type likes until it bursts; it scatters slimes and usually a reward. The first gordos are close to the ranch, so this comes early.
"Stay awake from 6 AM to 6 AM the next day" Simply avoid sleeping from 6 AM until 6 AM the next morning. Plan it for a day when you are doing a long run of ranch chores or exploring anyway.
"Open a slime gate" Slime gates block off new areas and open with a slime key, which you get by bursting gordos. Burst a gordo, grab the key, and use it on a gate.
"Sell 500 plorts at the Plort Market" Plort sales are cumulative across your save, so this unlocks on its own as you ranch. Prices at the Plort Market drop when you flood it with one type, so spread sales across types to keep the newbucks flowing. These counters nest: chasing the biggest number earns the smaller ones on the way.
"Discovered the Quarry" Exploration milestone: unlocks when you first reach the Indigo Quarry zone.
"Feed 50 slimes on the Ranch their favorite food" Each slime type has a favourite food, listed in the Slimepedia; favourites give extra plorts. Cumulative and on the Ranch only - drop favourites into corrals or auto-feeders and this ticks up by itself.
"Sell 1,000 plorts at the Plort Market" Plort sales are cumulative across your save, so this unlocks on its own as you ranch. Prices at the Plort Market drop when you flood it with one type, so spread sales across types to keep the newbucks flowing. These counters nest: chasing the biggest number earns the smaller ones on the way.
"Earn over 25,000 newbucks" Steam does not say whether this counts the newbucks you are holding or lifetime earnings, so the safe play is to hold off on big purchases until it pops.
"Discovered the Moss Blanket" Exploration milestone: unlocks when you first reach the Moss Blanket zone.
"Earn 5,000 newbucks in a single day" This one is per day: sell 5,000 newbucks' worth of plorts between waking and sleeping. Stockpile plorts in a silo over a few days, then dump them all at the Plort Market in one go (keeping an eye on prices dropping).
"Feed 100 chickens to slimes on the Ranch" Cumulative chicken feedings on the Ranch. Build a coop, let hens breed, and feed slimes that eat meat. An auto-feeder on a meat-eating corral speeds it up.
"Fulfill a Range Exchange request between Noon and 2 PM" Check the Range Exchange board in the morning so you have the requested items ready, then hand them in during the two-hour midday window.
"Collect 50 plorts on the Range in a single day" Per day: vac up 50 plorts out in the wild zones (not from your corrals) before you sleep. Feeding wild slimes with food you find out there produces plorts on the spot.
"Sell 2,500 plorts at the Plort Market" Plort sales are cumulative across your save, so this unlocks on its own as you ranch. Prices at the Plort Market drop when you flood it with one type, so spread sales across types to keep the newbucks flowing. These counters nest: chasing the biggest number earns the smaller ones on the way.
"Join the 7Zee Rewards Club" 7Zee is the shop loyalty programme that tracks your lifetime spending; joining is a step on that ladder. Exact threshold not given by Steam - it comes naturally as you spend newbucks on upgrades.
"Feed pink slimes on the Ranch 10 different types of food" Pink slimes eat anything, so drop ten different veggies, fruits and meats into a pink slime corral. Varied foods are easiest to gather while exploring the first zones.
"Be knocked out before 10 AM" Lose all your health before 10 AM in-game. Head out early in the day and let feral or hostile slimes (or a tarr) finish you off. Being knocked out costs some of what you are carrying, so empty your vacpack first.
"Fabricate your first Slime Science gadget" Gadgets come from Slime Science fabrication once the Lab is open. Build any gadget blueprint you have the materials for.
"Have 3 different veggie gardens on the Ranch at the same time" Plant three different vegetables in three garden plots on the Ranch and keep all three planted at the same time.
"Discover the Ancient Ruins" Exploration milestone: unlocks when you first reach the Ancient Ruins.
"Jump into a corral containing at least 40 slimes" Fill one corral to at least 40 slimes (a corral with high walls helps keep them in), then jump into it.
"Earn over 100,000 newbucks" Steam does not say whether this counts the newbucks you are holding or lifetime earnings, so the safe play is to hold off on big purchases until it pops. Higher-value plorts from later zones make this much quicker.
"Have 3 different fruit trees on the Ranch at the same time" Plant three different fruits in three garden plots on the Ranch and keep all three planted at the same time.
"Sell 5,000 plorts at the Plort Market" Plort sales are cumulative across your save, so this unlocks on its own as you ranch. Prices at the Plort Market drop when you flood it with one type, so spread sales across types to keep the newbucks flowing. These counters nest: chasing the biggest number earns the smaller ones on the way. Set up several corrals of high-value slimes and auto-feeders and this mostly runs itself.
"Return to the Ranch after more than 24 hours" Leave the Ranch and stay out exploring for more than a full in-game day before coming back - or sleep elsewhere and return later. Pairs nicely with Up All Night.
"Discovered the Glass Desert" Exploration milestone: unlocks when you first reach the Glass Desert.
"Shoot a boom slime largo into the air that explodes before landing" You need a boom largo (a boom slime that has eaten another type's plort). Vac it up and shoot it high into the air; boom slimes explode on a timer, so time the shot so the blast happens before it lands.
"Use chroma packs to change the color of the ranch house, tech, and vacpack" Chroma packs recolour things. Apply one to the ranch house, one to your ranch tech and one to your vacpack. Where chroma packs come from is not described by Steam - trigger not verified, see a community guide.
"Have a maximally upgraded corral, coop, and silo on the Ranch" Buy every upgrade for one corral, one coop and one silo on the Ranch. Costly but straightforward - save newbucks and buy the upgrades in the plot menu.
"Start bringing life back to the Glass Desert" Story progress tied to the Glass Desert. The exact action that triggers it is not spelled out by Steam - trigger not verified, see a community guide.
"Discover where Hobson's journey ended, and started once again." Story progress tied to Hobson, whose notes you find while exploring. Steam does not say what triggers it - trigger not verified, see a community guide.
"Have at least 3 different types of largos in the same corral" Largos form when a slime eats another type's plort. Put three different largo types in the same corral - and keep them well fed, because a largo that eats a third plort turns into a tarr.
"Fabricate 35 Slime Science gadgets" Cumulative fabrications. Cheap decorative gadgets count the same as expensive ones, so batch-build whatever has the cheapest recipe. Nests into Never Stop Creating.
"Stand inside a rad aura for at least 15 seconds" Rad slimes give off a radiation aura that drains health. Stand in it for 15 seconds - enter with full health and step out right after.
"Complete Adventure Mode and set out for what's next." Completing the main Adventure Mode story. The ending trigger is not described beyond this by Steam - follow the story to its conclusion.
"Hold onto a tarr for 15 seconds" Tarrs are hostile slimes. Hold one in your vac stream for 15 seconds without letting go - go in with full health and somewhere you can dump it into water afterwards.
"Incinerate an elder chicken" Elder chickens are old hens that stop laying. Take one to an incinerator and drop it in.
"Purchase at least 10 different types of slime toys" Slime toys keep slimes happy. Buy ten different kinds; this is a newbucks sink, so do it once your income is steady.
"Have at least 10 types of largos on the Ranch" Ten distinct largo combinations across your ranch at the same time. Plan corrals by pairing slime types, and use high walls and auto-feeders to keep them stable.
"Have at least 6 different types of slimes in the same corral" Six different slime types in a single corral. Only works safely with plenty of food and a plort collector, because loose plorts get eaten and make largos - and largos eating a third plort make tarrs.
"Send an adorable chick to a fiery end, the same place you're now destined to go" Grab a chick from a coop or the wild and drop it into an incinerator.
"Put at least 50 units into each slot of a fully upgraded silo" Fully upgrade a silo first, then fill every slot with at least 50 units. Plorts from your corrals are the easiest way to fill slots fast.
"Obtain at least 3 gold plorts from a single gold slime" Gold slimes are rare, flee when they see you and drop gold plorts when fed. Get three plorts out of a single one before it vanishes - bring plenty of food and fire it in quickly.
"Fabricate 100 Slime Science gadgets" Cumulative fabrications - the bigger sibling of Bea the Builder. Keep extractors running to stockpile materials and spam the cheapest recipe.
"Constrain more than 15 slimes in your vac stream at once while on the range" Out on the range, sweep your vac across a crowded area so more than 15 slimes are pulled into the stream at the same moment. Gordo bursts and big herds of pink slimes make this easier.
"Fill a pond on the Ranch with at least 5 different types of slimes" Fill a pond plot on the Ranch with at least five different slime types at the same time.
"Snare a Hunter Gordo" Snared gordos appear when you set a gordo snare gadget baited with food. Keep baiting snares until a Hunter gordo turns up; which bait attracts it is not described by Steam - see a community guide.
"Complete the Slimepedia" Fill every entry in the Slimepedia: slime types, foods, resources and so on. Exploring every zone and interacting with each new thing covers most of it; a community checklist helps find the stragglers.
"Place a tarr on the #1 Slime Stage" Steam does not say where the #1 Slime Stage is - trigger not verified, see a community guide. Once you know where it is, carry a tarr there in your vac and drop it on.
"Score 50 points in a single game of slimeball" Slimeball is a mini-game. Score 50 points in a single game; practice the shot angle and keep a steady supply of slimes in your vac.
"Reach at least 10,000 newbucks in Rush Mode" Rush Mode is a timed mode with a newbucks target. Reach 10,000 in one Rush Mode run. Focus on high-value plorts early and keep selling as prices move. These nest: a run that reaches the higher target also passes the lower ones.
"Reach at least 35,000 newbucks in Rush Mode" Rush Mode is a timed mode with a newbucks target. Reach 35,000 in one Rush Mode run. Focus on high-value plorts early and keep selling as prices move. These nest: a run that reaches the higher target also passes the lower ones.
"Reach at least 75,000 newbucks in Rush Mode" Rush Mode is a timed mode with a newbucks target. Reach 75,000 in one Rush Mode run. Focus on high-value plorts early and keep selling as prices move. These nest: a run that reaches the higher target also passes the lower ones.
