Survive to the end of Wave 1 in any run. This is the tutorial-level opener and unlocks automatically as you start playing - just keep moving and let your starting weapon do the work.
Survive to the end of Wave 5 in a single run. Pick up whatever damage and movement-speed upgrades the run offers between waves and keep kiting groups rather than standing still.
Survive to the end of Wave 15 in one run. By this point enemy density is high, so prioritise upgrades that clear crowds (area damage, piercing shots) over single-target damage.
A lifetime kill counter, not a single-run requirement - the description just says kill 50 demons total. Comes naturally within your first run or two.
Same lifetime counter as Novice Inner Demon Hunter, next tier up at 100 total kills. Stacks automatically as you play.
Lifetime kill counter, 200 total. Keeps climbing whether or not any individual run goes well - even short runs contribute.
Lifetime kill counter, 500 total. Longer runs that push past Wave 15 contribute far more per run than short ones, so surviving deeper is the fastest way to stack this.
Beat any boss once - each day ends with a boss fight, so surviving to the end of Day 1 and winning that fight is enough.
Lifetime kill counter, 1000 total. Focus runs on survivability upgrades so each session lasts longer and racks up more kills before you die.
The top tier of the lifetime kill counter, 5000 total demons. This is a long-haul grind achievement - it accrues from every run you play, so it's really a byproduct of playing the game a lot rather than something to farm directly.
Steam's wording (survive a total of 3 days) reads as cumulative across runs, tracking in-game days survived rather than a single unbroken run - trigger not fully verified, see a community guide if it doesn't pop when expected.
Same cumulative day-count as Daily Survivor, at 5 total in-game days survived - trigger not fully verified, see a community guide if it doesn't pop when expected.
Clear all of Day 2 - including its boss - before the in-game clock hits 12 PM. Push efficiently through waves rather than lingering to farm extra kills, since this one is about speed, not survival margin.
Survive through Day 2's waves and beat its named boss fight. Requires getting further than the Day 1 boss, so bank upgrades that keep you alive rather than glass-cannon builds.
Survive all the way through Day 3 and defeat its boss - the deepest confirmed milestone in the schema. Needs a strong, well-upgraded build carried over from Days 1 and 2, since enemy pressure only escalates.
