In John Gutter (World 1), smash all of the grey dead 'John' blocks scattered through the level. They break like normal breakable blocks when you dash, body-slam or ground-pound into them. Take a slow lap before triggering Pizza Time and clear every one you can find, including ones tucked into side rooms.
Ancient Cheese (World 1) is full of soft cheese platforms that crumble a moment after you stand on them. Simply run the level thoroughly and step on more than forty-one separate crumbling platform sets. Exploring the full stage rather than rushing the exit is enough to hit the count.
The 'pizzamart' shop rooms contain sausage clerks standing behind counters. Reach and defeat all of them. Make sure you clear the clerks in each pizzamart room you pass rather than running by them.
This is a hidden achievement with no in-game description, so its exact trigger is not verified here. Rather than guess, check a community achievement guide for the confirmed unlock method.
Pizzascape (World 1) gives you the ball transformation via the knight pick-up. While rolling as the ball, run into an enemy to destroy it. Any enemy kill made while you are in the ball form counts.
In the Golf level you launch a ball with a swing. Line up a shot so the ball travels through a group of three or more enemies in a single stroke, wiping them all out at once. Look for a spot where enemies are clustered along the ball's path.
Pizzascare is packed with ghost enemies. Defeat at least thirty of them over the course of the level. There are more than enough ghosts to reach the total, so just fight through rather than avoiding them.
Fastfood Saloon (World 2) hides playing cards throughout its rooms. Explore the whole level and touch each one. Take your time on a non-escape lap so you can reach the cards in out-of-the-way rooms before heading for the exit.
Forknights are the armoured knight enemies that lunge at you. When one charges, use the grab/parry timing to counter it, and repeat until you have parried ten of them across Pizzascape. Provoke them into attacking so you get clean parry windows.
The Mort Cube is a hidden object tucked away in a secret spot. Search for the concealed room that holds it and destroy it. If you cannot find it, a community walkthrough with the exact room location will help.
This is a speed run of the very first level. Learn the fastest route, keep your mach dash going, and head straight for the exit after grabbing the escape trigger. Under two minutes is generous once you know the layout, so a few practice laps will get you there.
Fastfood Saloon is littered with beer bottles you can smash. Break as many as you can find across the level. Sweep the rooms thoroughly and destroy the bottles rather than running past them.
Combos build as you destroy enemies and blocks without letting the combo meter run out. In John Gutter, chain kills and block breaks back to back so the counter climbs to 99 or higher. The level has plenty of enemies and breakables, so keep moving and never pause long enough to drop the chain.
Bloodsauce Dungeon (World 2) has spinning pizza-cutter hazards. Complete the entire level, escape included, without taking a hit from any of them. Other damage sources are fine for this one - only the pizza cutters matter, so learn their patterns and time your movement around them.
S rank is awarded for a high-scoring, high-combo clear of a level. Earn an S on all of World 1's levels. The key is keeping a long combo alive through the level and completing Pizza Time cleanly for a big score. Learn each level's fast route and treasure/secret locations to pad the score.
This unlocks by discovering a hidden 'bacon' secret room. Look for a suspicious wall or floor you can break through to reveal it. The exact location is a secret, so consult a community guide if you want the precise spot.
Clear all of Bloodsauce Dungeon, including the Pizza Time escape, without ever falling into or brushing the lava. The escape section is the tricky part - practise the route so you can move quickly but precisely and never dip into the lava.
A hidden achievement whose description is blank in the schema. The precise trigger is not verified - see a community guide for the confirmed steps rather than relying on a guess.
P rank is Pizza Tower's top rating, generally earned by completing a level in a single unbroken combo across the whole stage including the second lap. This achievement is hidden, so the exact requirement is not shown in-game; the widely-used approach is a flawless combo run of every World 1 level. See a community P-rank guide for per-level combo routes if you get stuck.
In Pig City (World 3) you can pose for photos with the pig citizens. Find and take a photo with each one throughout the level. Explore thoroughly so you do not miss any citizens tucked into side areas.
Repeat the S-rank effort across all of World 2's levels. Maintain a long combo and score highly on each stage, including a clean Pizza Time escape. Practising the routes and secrets in each level makes the required score much easier to hit.
WAR is a long, intense level. Complete it having been hurt no more than three times total. Play cautiously, learn the enemy placements, and prioritise survival over speed so you keep your hit count low.
WAR includes shooting sections. Get through the level missing three shots or fewer. Line up each shot carefully rather than firing wildly, and learn where targets appear so your aim is ready in advance.
Gnome Forest (World 3) is full of breakable wooden blocks. Smash all of them across the level. Explore each room and clear the wood before finishing, since missing even one room can leave some standing.
This is a speed clear of WAR - complete the level with more than a minute remaining on the timer. Learn the fastest route and keep your momentum up throughout. It pairs well with practising the level for the other WAR challenges.
Earn an S rank on every level in World 3. As with the earlier worlds, sustained combos and a strong score are what matter. Take a learning lap on any level giving you trouble to plan the cleanest, highest-scoring run.
Get S ranks across all of World 4's levels. The later worlds are more demanding, so combo maintenance and route knowledge become more important. Grind out each level until you can chain a clean, high-score run.
Finish the S-rank set by clearing every level in World 5 with an S. These are the toughest stages, so expect to practise the routes and combo lines repeatedly before you can secure the rank on each.
