Record Keeper
Collect 80 Collectibles ¡ 47.2% of players
âš ī¸ Easy to miss~collectible
Collect 80 Collectibles.

A milestone on the way to Bureau Archivist — 80 collectibles. Grab every document and item as you explore each sector; many sit in side rooms, vents, and behind Launch-able debris.

Bureau Archivist
Collect 120 Collectibles ¡ 39.2% of players
âš ī¸ Easy to miss~collectible
Collect 120 Collectibles.

Collectibles (documents, correspondence, hotline transcripts, altered items) are everywhere in the Oldest House. Explore thoroughly, use Levitate to reach high spots, and revisit sectors after unlocking new abilities. 120 is well past the story's natural pickup rate, so you'll need to hunt — a collectible map helps for the last stretch.

Career Development
Unlock all 3 Personal Mod slots ¡ 38.1% of players
~progression
Unlock all 3 Personal Mod slots.

Personal Mods buff Jesse directly. Unlock all three slots by progressing the ability tree/story. Comes with normal upgrading.

The Face of the Enemy
Hidden achievement33.5% of players
~story
(Story) progress marker.

A story-mission achievement — it unlocks automatically as you advance the main campaign. No special action needed; just keep following the critical path.

Non-Standard Issue
Upgrade any Weapon Form to Level 3 ¡ 30.4% of players
~progression
Upgrade any Weapon Form to Level 3.

Weapon Forms (Grip, Spin, Pierce, Charge, Surge) upgrade with materials at Control Points. Take any one to Level 3 — Grip is cheapest. Collect crafting materials from enemies and chests.

Interdimensional Defender
Killed 1000 Hiss ¡ 29.1% of players
~cumulative
Kill 1000 Hiss.

The Hiss are your main enemies — 1000 kills accrues naturally over a full playthrough plus side content. If you're short at the end, farm a respawning Hiss encounter or replay Bureau Alerts.

Expert Parautilitarian
Spend 50 Ability Points ¡ 29.1% of players
~progression
Spend 50 Ability Points.

Halfway to Master — spend 50 Ability Points on upgrades. Comes naturally through the campaign as you invest in your abilities.

War Games
Complete 5 Board Countermeasures ¡ 23.1% of players
~early
Complete 5 Board Countermeasures.

The starter tier — complete five Board Countermeasures. They appear as optional objectives; knock five out during normal play for gear and Source.

FBC Crisis Solution Task Force
Complete 15 Side Missions ¡ 21.0% of players
~side content
Complete 15 Side Missions.

Fifteen of Control's side missions. Many are excellent (the Ashtray Maze-adjacent ones, the fridge, the anchor). Explore, pick up mission cues from NPCs and the Board, and clear fifteen. This is one of the longer side-content asks.

Multiple Applications
Use Multi-Launch to hit 3 targets ¡ 19.6% of players
~combat
Use Multi-Launch to hit 3 targets.

Once Launch is upgraded with Multi-Launch, grab several debris objects at once and fling them to strike three separate enemies. Do it in a fight with a spread-out Hiss group.

< Make/Unmake >
Use Shape and Fracture a combined total of 100 times ¡ 18.1% of players
~DLC (The Foundation)
Use Shape and Fracture a combined 100 times.

Shape and Fracture are the two Foundation-DLC abilities (grow/destroy red crystal formations). Use them a combined 100 times — easy to grind in the Foundation area where crystal nodes are everywhere. Just repeatedly Shape then Fracture.

Master Parautilitarian
Spend 100 Ability Points ¡ 15.5% of players
~progression
Spend 100 Ability Points.

Ability Points come from leveling up (Source from kills) and are spent on the ability tree. Over a full run with side content you'll earn plenty — spend 100 total across Launch, Health, Energy, Shield, etc. Farming Source speeds it up.

Workplace Recreation
Play a single game in Arcade Mode ¡ 13.5% of players
~misc
Play a single game in Arcade Mode.

Find an Arcade Machine (in the Oldest House) and play one game in Arcade Mode. A quick one-off — just interact with the machine and complete a single round.

Crisis Management
Complete 5 Bureau Alerts ¡ 12.7% of players
~side content
Complete 5 Bureau Alerts.

Bureau Alerts are timed dynamic events that pop up in cleared sectors (a Hiss incursion). Respond to and complete five. They give good loot and Source, so do them as they appear.

A Strong Foundation
Complete all Missions in the Foundation ¡ 8.3% of players
~DLC (The Foundation)
Complete all Missions in the Foundation.

The Foundation DLC adds a new area beneath the Oldest House. Complete all of its missions to finish the expansion's story. It also unlocks the Fracture and Shape abilities used in some of its achievements.

Volatile Debris
Kill 10 enemies with the Shield Burst Ability ¡ 8.2% of players
~combat
Kill 10 enemies with the Shield Burst ability.

Shield (an upgraded ability) can be burst outward to damage nearby enemies. Get in close, charge your shield with debris, and burst it into groups — ten kills this way. A crowded arena makes it fast.

Surge Protector
Kill 50 enemies with Surge ¡ 6.8% of players
~combat
Kill 50 enemies with Surge.

Surge is the sticky-grenade Weapon Form — lob charges onto enemies and detonate. Fifty kills; it's strong against groups and turrets. Use it as a main Form for a while to rack up the count.

Astral Tactician
Complete 25 Board Countermeasures ¡ 6.3% of players
~cumulative
Complete 25 Board Countermeasures.

Board Countermeasures are repeatable objectives from the Board (the pyramid). Complete 25 total — they refresh, so keep taking and clearing them between missions. They also reward upgrade materials.

Chief Investigator
Find 80% of the hidden locations in the Investigations Sector ¡ 5.2% of players
âš ī¸ Easy to miss~exploration
Find 80% of hidden locations in the Investigations Sector.

Explore the Investigations Sector thoroughly for its hidden location markers — hit 80%. Use Levitate to reach ledges and search behind Launch-able walls. Check the sector map for undiscovered points.

Niche Position
Find all hidden locations in the Foundation ¡ 4.1% of players
âš ī¸ Easy to miss~DLC (The Foundation)
Find all hidden locations in the Foundation.

Sweep the Foundation DLC area for every hidden location marker. Explore its caverns fully, use Levitate and the new abilities to reach tucked-away spots, and check the map for undiscovered nodes.

Subterranean Research
Collect all Collectibles in the Foundation ¡ 4.0% of players
âš ī¸ Easy to miss~DLC (The Foundation)
Collect all Collectibles in the Foundation.

Grab every collectible within the Foundation DLC. As with the base game, explore each chamber thoroughly — the collectibles are spread across the expansion's new zones.

Rush Job
Kill 100 enemies with Shield Rush ¡ 3.8% of players
~combat
Kill 100 enemies with Shield Rush.

Shield Rush (a shield upgrade) lets you charge into enemies. One hundred rush kills is a grind — equip the Shield Rush mods, and bull-rush weakened Hiss to finish them. Farm a respawning encounter if needed.
