Your first successful extraction. Drop into any map, then make your way to an extraction point (marked on the map) and hold the prompt until the countdown finishes without dying. You don't need loot for this â surviving and leaving is enough. If a zone feels hot, wait for other Raiders to fight each other, then slip out. This unlocks naturally on your first clean run.
Cumulative across all runs, so it ticks up just by shooting the robotic ARC machines you encounter. Small drones like Ticks and Wasps go down in a few hits each. You'll clear 1000 damage within your first session without trying â prioritise shooting ARC over hiding and it comes even faster.
Wasps are the small hovering quad-drones. Instead of blasting the body, aim for one of the four thrusters (the lit rotor pods on its corners) and shoot it off â a controlled single-fire weapon makes this far easier than spraying. Damaging a thruster also destabilises the Wasp, so it's a useful habit anyway.
Back in Speranza, open your Workshop and place your first crafting station (you'll have the recipe/materials early on). This unlocks crafting and is the first step of the base-building loop â do it as soon as you can afford it, since stations gate most of the gear you'll want.
ARC Raiders lets you choose not to shoot other players. Find a random Raider in a raid, signal friendly (don't fire, crouch/emote), team up loosely, and then reach the SAME extraction together and leave. Easiest in lower-tier maps where players are more cooperative. A bit of luck is involved, but proximity-chat makes it doable.
Every crate, locker, drawer and box you loot counts toward the lifetime total. Just play normally and open everything you pass â you'll cross 50 in a handful of raids. Searching containers is also how you fund your Workshop, so there's no reason not to.
Down another player for the first time. You don't need the finishing blow to be clean â reducing a Raider to the downed (crawling) state counts. If you're not confident in straight gunfights, third-party a fight that's already happening and clean up a weakened opponent.
You earn XP from extracting, killing ARC, completing quests and looting. Level 10 comes within your first few sessions just by surviving runs â successful extractions pay the most XP, so prioritise leaving with loot over chasing kills.
Locked rooms need a keycard found as loot in that map. Pick up a keycard during a raid, head to its matching locked door, and step inside. These rooms hold high-tier loot, so it's worth learning where they are â but for the achievement, simply entering one is enough.
When you're knocked into the downed state you can still crawl. Get downed near an extraction point (or by a teammate who covers you), then crawl into the extraction and trigger it while still down. Easiest with a squad covering you, or right at the end of a fight you barely survived.
One successful extraction from each of the three main maps. Rotate which map you queue into and bank a clean run on each â they don't have to be in a row. A good way to learn the maps anyway, which pays off for every other objective.
Raider Hatches are an alternate extraction type (manhole/hatch exits) separate from the standard extraction zones. Find one on the map, clear the area, and extract through it. They're often quieter than the main extracts, so they double as a safer escape.
A running total of ARC machines you destroy across all raids. Drones (Ticks, Wasps) are the quickest to farm. You'll pass 50 well before the 100-kill version below â just engage ARC rather than avoiding them.
Upgrade or loot two weapons to Tier II (the second rarity tier) and equip both in your two weapon slots before dropping into a raid. Crafting/upgrading at the Workshop is the reliable route â Tier II gear is cheap once your stations are running.

Steam doesn't publish a description for this one, and we haven't been able to verify the exact trigger â so rather than guess from its name, we'd rather tell you straight.

Find or craft four attachments (sight, barrel, magazine, grip/stock, etc.) and slot all four onto one weapon that has four mod slots. Higher-tier weapons have more slots, so upgrade a weapon first, then kit it out. Loot mods regularly and you'll have a full set quickly.
Spend materials at the Workshop to take any one station from level 1 to level 2. This unlocks better recipes at that station. It's an early, natural step on the crafting ladder and feeds straight into the level-3 and five-stations objectives below.
Double the 50-kill total. Keep engaging ARC patrols â clusters of small drones rack up the count fast, and bigger machines count too. This comes naturally over a few sessions of active play; no dedicated grind needed.
Tier IV is the fourth weapon tier, so you'll need to climb the upgrade path (and the workshop stations + materials that gate it). Pick one weapon you like and funnel your rarer crafting mats into it rather than spreading upgrades thin. The materials come from looting high-tier containers and destroying tougher ARC.
A single high-value extraction. Prioritise dense loot areas (locked rooms, Spaceport's higher-tier zones), fill your inventory with valuables rather than ammo/junk, and extract before you get greedy. Bring a bigger backpack if you've unlocked one. Surviving with the bag is the hard part â play cautiously once you're loaded.

The cumulative value of everything you've ever extracted. This is a long-tail grind that you'll complete naturally as you play for gear and quests â every successful run adds to it. Consistent extractions (even modest ones) beat high-risk runs that you die on, since loot you die with doesn't count.
Ten PvP downs across all your runs. If you're not a confident duelist, play patiently: hold strong positions, third-party ongoing fights, and pick off downed or low players. Shotguns and SMGs win the close-range scraps where most player kills happen.
Rocketeers are heavier ARC units that fire rockets from range. Use cover to break their line of sight, close in or flank, and focus their weak points (the glowing/exposed sections). They hit hard, so bring a Tier II+ weapon and don't fight one in the open.
A hidden achievement, ~48% unlock, which suggests most players hit it through normal progression rather than a tricky action. The name reads like a story or quest milestone â a point-of-no-return decision or mission step. Keep progressing the main quest line and it should pop. Exact trigger unconfirmed, so this one is flagged rather than spelled out.

Cumulative across runs â just play in a squad and pick teammates up when they go down. Running with a regular duo/trio gets this quickly. Carry revive items and prioritise reviving over chasing kills when a teammate drops.
Equip a scoped marksman/sniper rifle and tag any target â ARC or Raider â from 250m+. Open maps like Dam Battlegrounds give the longest sightlines. A stationary ARC machine across a valley is the easiest target; account for slight bullet drop at that range.
Bastions are large, heavily-armoured ARC units. Chip their armour, then hit the exposed weak point underneath/behind once it opens up. Bring a high-tier weapon and plenty of ammo, or coordinate with other Raiders â they're a real ammo sink solo.
Abandoned cars dotted around the maps will blare an alarm if you shoot or bump them. Find two cars in one raid and trigger both. Note the trade-off: alarms draw ARC and players, so do this when you can handle the attention (or use it as bait near an extraction).
Each raid has a round timer. Deliberately wait near an extraction until the clock is almost out, then trigger the extract so it completes with under five seconds remaining. Stage yourself at the extraction early and watch the timer â leaving the trigger too late means you won't finish the channel in time.
Get the downing blow on another player with a thrown grenade. Cook it / lead their movement, or toss one into a room you know a Raider is holding. Easiest when an opponent is already low or pinned in cover and can't escape the blast radius.
A Snitch is the small scout/alarm drone that alerts other ARC to your presence; the Stitcher is a specific weapon. Equip a Stitcher, then hunt down a Snitch and destroy it with that weapon specifically. Kill Snitches fast on sight anyway â if one calls in reinforcements your quiet raid gets loud.
One hundred successful extractions â a marathon, not a sprint. The fastest path is a low-risk playstyle: drop, grab nearby loot, and extract early rather than fighting for the whole timer. Survival rate matters far more than loot quality here, so bank the easy exits.
Other players can thank you after you help them â reviving a downed Raider, sharing/dropping loot, or teaming up to extract. Play the friendly co-op angle: revive strangers and hand over spare gear, and the thanks add up. Lean into proximity chat to coordinate the helpful moments.
Use a Defibrillator on a fully-killed (not just downed) random player to bring them back. Carry a Defib, and when you come across a friendly or freshly-killed Raider, revive them instead of looting their body. A great way to make an ally mid-raid â and it feeds the 'Heart of Gold' thanks too.
From Speranza, head to the Practice Range (the shooting range / training area in the hub). Simply entering it unlocks this. While you're there, it's the perfect place to test weapons and knock out the 'Comparative Study' achievement below.
A serious Workshop investment: five separate stations all at level 3+. This is a materials grind, so extract consistently and funnel resources into upgrades rather than disposable gear. Prioritise the stations that unlock the recipes you actually use, and the others will follow as your economy grows.
The Wolfpack is a cluster/multi-charge grenade. Wait for three small ARC drones to bunch together (they often patrol in packs), then drop the Wolfpack in the middle so all three die to that one grenade. Tick swarms are ideal â soften none of them first, just let the grenade do all three.
A long XP grind to the high level cap range. Maximise XP per run by completing quests, killing ARC, and â above all â extracting successfully, since dying forfeits a chunk of the run's rewards. This unlocks over many sessions; quests give the biggest XP chunks, so keep your quest log moving.
Down another player using the Raider Tool (your melee multi-tool) rather than a gun. Catch someone reloading, looting, or already low, and finish them in melee range. Risky against a healthy opponent â the reliable setup is to gun them down to near-death, then land the Tool hit for the down.
In the Practice Range, shoot a target with four different weapons in turn (swap between them and land a hit with each). Bring four guns from your stash, or use any range-provided weapons if available. A two-minute job once you're standing at the range.
Find a long, steep, unbroken downhill slope and crouch-slide down it for 80 continuous metres. The big terrain slopes on the open maps (Dam Battlegrounds hillsides) work well â keep the slide going without hitting flat ground or an obstacle that stops you. Steeper start = more speed = more distance before you stall.
The Lure Grenade attracts ARC attention to its location. Throw it so that one drone, while swarming the lure, ends up hitting another drone with friendly fire. Set it up near two or more drones positioned so their fire overlaps. It takes a little positioning luck â a tight cluster of aggressive drones gives the best odds.
The Queen is a massive boss-tier ARC and one of the toughest fights in the game. Go in with a coordinated squad, high-tier weapons, lots of ammo and heals, and focus fire its weak points while staying mobile to dodge its attacks. Expect it to take serious damage â this is a team objective, not a solo one for most players.
Sentinels are alert flying units. Killing one with the melee Raider Tool means getting right up to it without being shredded first â approach from behind/below or while it's distracted by another Raider or ARC, then melee it down. Far easier if it's already damaged, so chip it with a weapon, then land the finishing Tool hit.
A hidden achievement. The name strongly suggests killing a target (ARC or Raider) from a significant height â a long drop, a rooftop sightline, or while airborne. The exact trigger isn't shown in-game, so this is an educated read of the name: try downing an enemy from a tall vantage point. Flagged as unconfirmed so you're not chasing a wrong setup.

You need all three status effects active simultaneously â gas (poison cloud), stun (shock/EMP), and burn (fire). The reliable way is to set it up deliberately: stand in a gas source, ignite a fire on yourself, and trigger a shock/stun in the same instant, ideally with a squadmate applying one of them. Coordinate the three so their timers overlap for a moment â that overlap is all the achievement checks for.
