Chapter One asks you to gather a set of objects and place them on the pedestals in the ritual room. The achievement fires when you have collected all of them.
- The items are spread across the studio's opening rooms; sweep every side room and workbench before returning to the pedestals.
- This is required to finish Chapter One, so it is effectively unmissable on a normal playthrough.
A story beat, not a hidden trick — Chapter One ends with the floor giving way. Playing the chapter to its end unlocks this.
Each chapter hides one radio you can switch on. It is an ordinary-looking prop tucked away from the main route in Chapter One.
- Feeds into
Gold Record. - If you sweep every side room as you go you will usually walk into it; otherwise a community guide has the exact spot.

- Check side rooms and dead ends; several tapes sit off the critical path.
- Feeds into
The Voice Collector. - Chapter select lets you return for any you missed.

The chapter contains a set of valve/pressure panel puzzles. Complete all of them, including any optional ones off the main route.
Four cardboard cutouts are placed around Chapter Three; smash each one with a melee weapon.
- Their placements are not on the critical path — explore side rooms as you work through the chapter.
A scripted combat encounter on the main path. Surviving it unlocks the achievement.
A story sequence in the flooded ink areas. Progress through it to unlock.
An optional interaction — find the bell and ring it.
A Chapter Three encounter with the ride-based boss Bertrum. It is a story fight, so it is unmissable on a full playthrough of that chapter.
- Keep moving and use whatever weapon the chapter has given you; there is no difficulty setting to worry about.
A side objective in the carnival area: get the Haunted House attraction powered up.
A story beat — reaching the point where Boris is found unlocks it.
A story-progress achievement — keep advancing the chapter.
Story progress. Unlocks when you open the alternate route the chapter requires.
Finish all five chapters. Nothing here is difficulty-gated; the game is a first-person adventure with light combat, so the only real cost is time.
- If you are going for full completion, do a relaxed first run for the story and a second cleanup run using chapter select for collectibles.
Find the pipe organ and interact with it five times. Repeat interactions on the same organ count.

A branching choice late in the game. Picking the Bendy side awards this; picking Alice awards The Path of the Angel instead.
- Both are obtainable — replay the relevant section via chapter select and take the other option.
One of the per-chapter theMeatly cameos. Hiding spots are obscure by design — a screenshot guide is the fastest way to find each one.
Stand back and let an ally or the environment resolve something for you instead of doing it yourself. Exact trigger not verified — see a community guide if it does not pop.
The counterpart to The Path of the Demon. Take the Alice option at the branching choice, then replay via chapter select to get the other.

An optional puzzle where you need every Bendy figure placed on the stage.
- Trigger details are not something I can confirm from the achievement text alone — if the last one will not place, a community guide will pin down the missing piece.
Find the bone and bring it to the dog. The pairing is a small optional interaction off the main path.
One of the carnival-style minigames. You need a perfect score, so expect several attempts.
- The minigame can be retried, so this is patience rather than difficulty.

The Projectionist is the searchlight-headed enemy that stalks you in the ink-flooded areas. This achievement is for putting him down.

A combat-volume achievement — keep fighting rather than avoiding enemies. The exact threshold is not stated in the description.
The other perfect-score minigame achievement. Retry until every throw lands.
Find the stand-behind photo cutout board and interact with it to take the picture.
An optional hidden interaction with an intentionally cryptic description. Trigger not verified — a community guide is the reliable route here.
Another per-chapter theMeatly cameo. Same approach: search off the main path, or use a screenshot guide.
Find and fire the Tommy Gun. It is a weapon pickup rather than a story item, so you may have to look for it.
Bacon Soup cans are the game's main collectible — shelved, stacked in corners and hidden in rooms off the critical path throughout Chapter One.

- Feeds into
Master of Bacon. - Chapter select makes cleanup easy if you finish the chapter short.
A further theMeatly cameo in its own chapter. Feeds into Grand Puppeteer.

- Interactions are counted across the game, so you can top it up in any chapter.
Ride one of the studio's rides/vehicles for its full duration rather than hopping off.

- Chapter select lets you mop up any chapter you missed.
A self-imposed weapon restriction: get through all of Chapter Four using only the Plunger. The plunger is a weak melee option, so combat encounters take far longer and leave less room for error.
- Play the chapter normally first so you know the route and enemy placements, then replay it via chapter select for the restricted run.
- Whether picking up another weapon voids the run is not something I can verify from the achievement text — to be safe, do not swap at all.
Covers the per-chapter radio achievements (Crooner Tuner, Coast to Coast, Turn It Up, Finger Waggin, Toe Tappin). Switch on the hidden radio in each of the five chapters and this unlocks.

- Exact hiding spots vary by chapter and are genuinely obscure; if you are stuck on one, a community guide with screenshots is the fastest route.

- Bring a light source and search exhaustively; several cans sit in rooms you can walk straight past.
- Chapter select makes this cleanup-friendly.
Hints at taking an alternate or extended route rather than the direct one. Exact trigger not verified — see a community guide.
