Pick up your first Firefly pendant - they're dog tags on dead Fireflies. The first comes in the early Quarantine Zone chapters.
Pick up your first training manual. PlatGet places the first in Bill's Town.
Pick up your first Savage Starlight comic. PlatGet places the first in Pittsburgh.
Finish the main Part I story. Story completion - can't be missed. There are no difficulty achievements, so play on whatever difficulty you enjoy.
Buckley is a dog you meet at the dam. PlatGet places him outside the Dam chapter's control room; FuzionByte says near the forklift building. Walk up and press the interact prompt to pet him. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
Craft each craftable item at least once. PlatGet notes the last recipe (the smoke bomb) arrives in Pittsburgh, so this pops soon after.
Collect all 5 tool kits. They raise your workbench level, which you need for the top weapon upgrades in Combat Ready.
Pour parts into one gun until it's maxed. Needs enough parts and a high enough workbench level from the tool kits, so pick up every parts pile you see.
In Pittsburgh, a hunter spotlight covers an area. Move when the beam turns away, quietly deal with the hunter patrolling near the generator, then use the generator without being spotted. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
In Left Behind, break the windows on your car before Riley finishes hers. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
Finish the Left Behind campaign (Ellie's prequel chapter included with Part I). Pops at the end.
In Left Behind's mall section with both hunters and infected, throw a brick or bottle so the infected are drawn toward a hunter and attack him. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
In Left Behind, beat Riley in the water gun game. Use Listen Mode to track her and ambush from cover. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
Open all 4 safes. The combinations are written on notes nearby, so read everything in the room before you leave. PlatGet places the first in The Outskirts.
Find all 11 workbenches. PlatGet places the first in The Outskirts. Worth grabbing anyway - they're where you upgrade weapons.
In Bill's Town, collect Frank's note, then pick it up again after Bill throws it away - FuzionByte says it's near the truck. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
At one point Ellie offers a high-five prompt. Don't press it - let the prompt time out. FuzionByte places it after the dam sequence; exact spot not independently verified - watch for the prompt. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
For each melee weapon type, attach a blade/binding upgrade and use it until it breaks. Both guides count 5 types: the 2x4, baseball bat, lead pipe, machete and axe.
In the flooded sewer section with Henry and Sam, after Ellie works the sluice gate, swim back and climb onto the contraption with them before it reaches the other side. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
In Left Behind, in the arcade, play the Jak X cabinet. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
In Left Behind, at the Angel Knives arcade cabinet, enter the button sequences that appear on screen without missing one. The machine is broken, so Riley talks you through the moves - it plays like a button-prompt game. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
Every shiv door must be opened. Always keep enough materials to craft a shiv when you're exploring - a door you pass without one is one you'll need to come back for via chapter select.
Collect all 12 training manuals (both trophy guides we checked agree on 12). Each one also improves your crafting, so grab them early.
Collect all 13 comics (both guides agree on 13) across the Part I campaign.
Collect the Firefly pendants across Part I. PlatGet counts 30; FuzionByte counts 31 in the game but only 30 needed. Use a collectible guide and chapter select for any you miss - the collectibles menu tracks what you've found per chapter.
Find every note and artifact - in both Part I and Left Behind according to PlatGet. The biggest collectible sweep in the game; use chapter select and the collectibles menu to spot gaps. Frank's note in In Memoriam is part of this set.
Ellie reads from a joke book at several points. Each is an optional conversation - look for the prompt. PlatGet says the set spans both campaigns. Chapter select keeps this recoverable if you miss it.
Trigger every optional conversation in both Part I and Left Behind. They show up as prompts near the character - stop and trigger each one. Chapter select lets you go back for any you missed.
Earn the other 28. Trophy guides put the full clean-up at around 25 hours in one playthrough plus chapter select, with no difficulty requirement.
